I was tired of trying to fit into one box. Locking myself into a single type of training left me feeling stuck, unmotivated, and disconnected from movement. But life isn’t one-dimensional — and your approach to exercise shouldn’t be either.

That’s why I created MOVE MODE.

This platform is about meeting yourself where you’re at. Your relationship with movement should reflect your life: always evolving, adapting, and open to change.
