I’ve moved through many seasons of fitness. From building athletic-based training to recovery focused seasons, from training for a race to rebuilding strength. Each chapter has taught me that movement isn’t linear, and every “mode” has value. Move Mode was created to reflect that evolution — empowering you to embrace whatever mode you’re in, or try a new one. My goal is to support your movement journey, and help you train with intention and purpose, no matter where you’re at.
